We were very satisfied with the 16 days we spent at the hotel and would gladly do it again. We liked the service from the reception. Asan, the receptionist who accepted our reservation on April 2nd is unique. We checked in late at night around 10:00 PM, but everything was excellent. The breakfast manager was incredibly kind, the staff during breakfast was perfect. I am fascinated by the amenities of the apartment. It has absolutely everything you need for a long stay, the hotel has amenities for a short stay as well, the gym and pool are great. Extremely friendly and efficient staff. The people at the reception and in the restaurant are wonderful. The man with the white hair who made eggs, omelettes and pancakes for breakfast filled my heart, extremely hospitable. I am 100% convinced that you will not go wrong if you visit this place. The view is incredible. Everything in and around the hotel is 100% pet-friendly (the staff is also 100% pet-friendly).

Beautiful property with an exceptional structure. The staff was incredibly friendly, always helpful and smiling. Everyone, from the reception to the restaurant staff and the team assisting with luggage, was kind and ready to help with anything. Breakfast was varied every day, with excellent cleanliness and great service. Everyone spoke perfect English, so communication was smooth and easy. The room was spotless – cleaned daily, not a single trace of dust. I stayed in a 60 sqm suite on the 49th floor of Tower B, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. From my room, I could see Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Bosphorus, and so much more. Truly a spectacular panorama.

I don’t know where to start! From start to finish we LOVED our stay! I informed them prior to arriving that I would prefer a higher floor as I was going for surgery and didn’t want to be in the hussle and bussle! The hotel kindly accommodated us! When we arrived, the lovely man at reception took us to our room, showed us some of the features and amenities! Made us feel right at home! It had everything you’d need for a 12 night stay! After surgery, we had do not disturb on the door as I was recovering. We got a lovely phone call every evening to check we were ok and if we needed anything! The team went truly above and beyond for us, it really made our experience! The property was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, it was in a prime location for us as it had a hair salon, super market and a couple of good restaurants near by! And only ever a 5-10 minute taxi away from tourist attractions!
