The hotel is located in a great location, because I had a car, it was easy to reach the highway and there was no traffic, so it was easy to reach the hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly. The room was very big and clean. My room was on the 49th floor and had a very beautiful view. There was a washing machine and a dishwasher in the room, and these facilities made the hotel more prominent. The breakfast was good, of course, if it had more variety, it would be great. Finally, I would like to thank zahed, kemal, and Mustafa, who were the check-in staff and were very kind and friendly.

We were very satisfied with the 16 days we spent at the hotel and would gladly do it again. We liked the service from the reception. Asan, the receptionist who accepted our reservation on April 2nd is unique. We checked in late at night around 10:00 PM, but everything was excellent. The breakfast manager was incredibly kind, the staff during breakfast was perfect. I am fascinated by the amenities of the apartment. It has absolutely everything you need for a long stay, the hotel has amenities for a short stay as well, the gym and pool are great. Extremely friendly and efficient staff. The people at the reception and in the restaurant are wonderful. The man with the white hair who made eggs, omelettes and pancakes for breakfast filled my heart, extremely hospitable. I am 100% convinced that you will not go wrong if you visit this place. The view is incredible. Everything in and around the hotel is 100% pet-friendly (the staff is also 100% pet-friendly).

I don’t know where to start! From start to finish we LOVED our stay! I informed them prior to arriving that I would prefer a higher floor as I was going for surgery and didn’t want to be in the hussle and bussle! The hotel kindly accommodated us! When we arrived, the lovely man at reception took us to our room, showed us some of the features and amenities! Made us feel right at home! It had everything you’d need for a 12 night stay! After surgery, we had do not disturb on the door as I was recovering. We got a lovely phone call every evening to check we were ok and if we needed anything! The team went truly above and beyond for us, it really made our experience! The property was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, it was in a prime location for us as it had a hair salon, super market and a couple of good restaurants near by! And only ever a 5-10 minute taxi away from tourist attractions!

this was my second stay within this year in Fraser. I am sure I will have a third stay and more whenever i travel to Istanbul. nice area around, friendly people everywhere. golden gym, and super location. staff are very professional and friendly. had a pleasure to get help by Anas, a very nice and polite person.

Everything was above my expectations. The staff is excellent helpful, very polite and they solved all my requests as check out 3 hours later (they accepted it without extra charge). The apartment have excellent cleaning service, all the kitchen equipments you will need and everyhting smells "brand new"! The location is excellent, the view from 46th floor was amazing. I highely recommend it.

Very clean, modern, spacious apartments. My kids really enjoyed the opportunity to book the pool exclusively for our family. The pool itself was standard but the option to use it only for us was extremely exciting. Excellent Migros shop right at the ground floor of the hotel, taxi station also right next to the hotel.
